2021, a bright new year and another opportunity to get back on track with our health goals. Whole 30 has been a very popular diet for a number of years for good reason; it focuses on consuming lean meats, vegetables and fruits and eliminates potentially inflammatory foods like dairy, grains and processed sugars.
Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day and I love everything from an egg and veggie omelete to a warm comforting bowl of porridge to get my day started. And like me you may be missing that cold weather bowl of morning oatmeal if you have started following Whole 30 diet. If so, try this warm apple “cereal” its full of cozy Oatmeal-esque flavors!
