A Whole Health Everyday chef is not just a professional trained chef but is also trained in health and wellness. Every WHE chef goes through internal company training on topics such as macros, cancer diets, protein, fats, and much more. Chefs even attend health talks with various schools of thought such as with dietitians, holistic nutritionists, health coaches and many more. Many of the WHE team hold certificates or degrees in nutrition. Our team has a well round knowledge of many diets and is able to customize menus for your needs. Health, yet delicous meals is our passion!
What does it mean to be Food Safety Certified at a manager level?
A manager level means the chef did an all day in-depth class to gain this certification. In a restaurant only one person holds this card, all else is people with food handlers cards which is a short test everyone else in the restaurant has.
