Can I get menu options?
After you do the intake form and choose a chef the chef will send you a customized menu just for your needs. You can also view the chefs web pages for sample previously prepared menus. Who does the shopping and where do they shop? The chef can give you a grocery list to shop or the chef can shop at any market you choose. Will a server be provided? If you like to have a server we can provide that. If the chef thinks the event will require him/her to have help we will tell you. Do you have a set menu pricing or per head pricing vs pricing by the hour? Yes with select chefs. Chef Dan Chef Logan Chef Shelbie Why does WHE price by the hour vs per head? WHE is not a catering company who makes the same offerings over and over and controls the quality of ingredients. At WHE every menu for every client and event is unique. We offer unlimited changes to your menu and guest list and you control the ingredients. All ingredients purchased are purchased just for you. |
Does WHE supply plates, platters, cups, etc? WHE can supply some basics like serving platters but generally the client supplies all these items. Can WHE help with setting the table and decoration? Yes, the chef or sever can help you. Is tipping standard? You should always tip as you see fit but usually a tip would be 15-20% of the labor cost. What does it cost? Custom designed menus: $65-85hr for chefs time, service fee, food cost and other other supplies. Addition staff rates $40hr+. |
