How can I add in a work out, meditation, therapy session, or cook dinner? There just aren’t enough hours in the day. Or so you might believe. Mastering time management is the unspoken first step in taking care of your whole health. It will give you control over your life and allow you to prioritize your health. Sounds great, right?
