People often ask me, "How do you know what to make a client? How do you make a client happy?"
A First Impression says it all…your overall interaction with a client is very important. You only have the first 7 seconds to make a strong first impression. I love to smile and make eye contact with my clients. I seek to understand by practicing active listening so that I may anticipate my client’s needs ahead of time. I decided to write about the very subject of coddling because when I prepare food…it comes from the heart! Honestly, I love spoiling my clients. I constantly talk about the different foods that I can prepare and adding those special touches at the end like finishing sauces, dips and the list goes on. I like to prepare their favorite foods in the comfort of their own home. Trained Chefs are equipped with special skill sets, like being able to prepare the beautiful dishes in all those high-end restaurants that you like! Creativity and flexibility are what our clients really want from our services…it takes just the right combination of flavors and colors that can create moods of excitement and pleasure. Pleasing your Palate is my goal and touching your heart with Amuse Bouche (little bites) is the ultimate!
