Have you read the Medical Medium book "Cleanse To Heal" by Anthony William?Do you believe in the power of cleansing?
In my opinion, absolutely!
The author even states it in the first sentence, “The cleanses in this book come from above. Whatever you believe in, this is not jumbled misinformation or pieces of gimmicky confusion. This is real and it works.”
Chronic illness is growing at an alarming rate on this earth and because I now have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, 7 years after first noticing symptoms, (CIDP) I’m going to do all I can to try and reverse it.
Here is a quick synopsis of what is inside of this book…
The first part is “We need to cleanse.” How to make sense of the cleansing theories and discover the true reasons for today’s epidemic of burnout, anxiety, depression and illness. We all should be cleansing at least once a month to keep the insides of our bodies free from toxic chemicals, pesticides, viruses and bacteria that grow in our bodies. No one is safe from becoming ill and when you become ill and you suffer from intense chronic pain and the inability to enjoy life. Doctors really don’t know what to do about it, or why it’s happening. They just put a label on it and give you medicine with all the side effects that go along with them.
Daily morning lemon water, celery juice and the cleanses are the main healers in this book. There are several different cleanses to choose from and you choose the one that best suits you best, what you’re willing to give up and your situation.
There are three 3:6:9: cleanses, Original, Simplified and Advanced. Other life-saving cleanses are; anti-bug cleanse, morning cleanse, heavy metal detox cleanse and mono eating cleanse. Anthony also gives you a list, 5 different levels, of “Troublemaker Foods.” The top 7 foods to eliminate are; Eggs, Dairy, Gluten, soft drinks, Pork, Tuna and Corn. You pick which level you think you are capable of eliminating from your diet, one or all for best results in getting your health back.
My experience so far…
A client of mine, who was on her death bed at 32 years old, told me about this book. It saved her life. I ordered it immediately and it’s about 500 pages thick. There is so much valuable information and knowledge to get out of reading this book. I think Hilary Swank says it best on the cover, “If you’re done living with pain, fatigue, brain fog, intestinal disorders, and a myriad of other nasty ailments, drop everything and read this book, he will quickly bring health and hope back into your life.”
I chose the 3:6:9: advanced cleanse, it lasts for 9 days and it’s for the person who has been suffering and sick for a while. I started my quest for health in the spring, (after many other attempts with other diets that either made me worse (Keto) or did nothing at all for my overall health issues). I did the 9 day advanced cleanse and felt so good afterwards. After that 9 days I ate my chosen diet to live by, WFPB, for 2 weeks and then went on the same 9 day cleanse again and afterwards I felt amazing!
What I experienced in those first 30 days was a 17 lb weight loss, no brain fog, clarity in my thinking process, 8 hrs of good sleep per night and energy levels through the roof.
I have just finished my second month, and I did one 9 day cleanse for the month and I have lost a total of 22 lbs and kept it off even when I’m eating 3-4 meals a day after cleansing. For me the weight loss is the bonus. My ultimate goal is reversing my autoimmune illness and overall living a pain free, healthy, and rewarding lifestyle. For the first time in about 7 years, I have complete hope and faith that I will heal myself through what I choose to put into my mouth. The sacrifice seems quite extreme at first but the end result makes it worth what you “think” you have to sacrifice in order to get there.
