Menus Favorites for Holiday Parties by Chef Whitni

My favorite time of the year to cater an event is during the holidays, it’s so festive and can be very stressful, but I always love the outcome!

I have a few regular clients that I have prepared this menu for over the past 6 years.  It surprises me that they always want the same menu, except for the appetizers, salad and dessert, we switch that up.  But, it doesn’t matter what the menu is, it’s my job to make every party spectacular!

My favorite menu for this occasion (that pleases everyone and they want it every year…)

• Filet mignon roast with demi glace and horseradish mustard sauce
• Chilean sea bass with white wine butter sauce
• Those potatoes (which some call magical)
• Blanched haricot vert
• Appetizers, salad and desserts
