Year in year out you will hear that the Mediterranean diet is voted #1 diet for health and weight loss.
I spent about a year working and traveling in the Mediterranean and would like to share some tips that make it such a great diet and lifestyle.
These are just a few tips for things you can do no matter the diet. Do not feel rushed start by trying 1 thing 2-3 times a week. Build up till you do it 7x a week and then add the next part.
