Since I decided to purchase an Instant Pot, I have found that it has become my favorite thing in my kitchen! The versatility of this equipment has changed my approach to home cooked meals. The time and effort it takes is like no other and I have to say as a Chef sometimes the last thing I want to do is slave over another stove. This recipe can about on a cold winter’s night. I was craving something hardy, stewed, and delicious. The beautiful thing about this dish is that you can use almost any ingredient you have on hand.
