I’ve got a really simple tip to ensure evenly cooked, crispy bacon every time! Why not bake your bacon? That’s all I do! I place my bacon in a cold oven and let it do it’s thing while I focus on other dishes, like pancakes or eggs to go with my crunchy, delicious bacon! Or gathering the makings for my favorite BLT with avocado.
This is such an easy way to make enough bacon to feed a crowd too!
Tips for Crispy Bacon
2. Rotate tray(s) and flip bacon when timer is done. Continue baking for another 8 min.
3. Continue baking at 3-4 min intervals until desired crispiness. Thicker cuts of bacon will take longer than thin slices.
4. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
Look at all that rendered bacon fat!
