Gluten Free Almond Butter Nutty Power Bar

These go fast in our house, so we make two batches at a time.
My daughter and I were always looking for a good energy bar. Sick of the sugar filled, overpriced bars on the market, we decided to make our own.

​After multiple tries, we came up with this recipe filled with nuts, creamy almond butter and honey. At first we made them into balls and then cutting them into bars worked even better.

Any mix of nuts and/or nut butter will work. We have even added different dried fruit. Enjoy for pre/post workout or a midday snack.
