Here's a recipe for one that is highly adaptable to your needs and tastes but starts out with just 3 ingredients! And the cherry on top? It's a festive treat! Pro tip: Make the smoothie bowl even thicker by freezing the protein smoothie in an ice cube tray and then blending the cubes before assembling the bowl.

Cool recipe! I've never thought to use eggnog instead of milk with the granola. And it's protein based - even better.
