I, like many other people, have taken advantage of the many brands of youth
inducing collagen. Collagen not only helps grow strong nails, hair, gives you
youthful skin it also helps in healing bones in recovery. I like to add collagen to
soups, stews, my morning coffee and now to homemade jam.
My favorite way to serve this homemade jam is with a salty white cheddar or a creamy blue cheese. But lately I’ve been adding it to my yogurt and chia pudding parfaits. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
