Ingredients ~ 2 Filets of salmon (6 to 8 oz. each) 2 Garlic cloves (minced) 1 Bunch of baby dill (finely chopped) ¼ Teaspoon garlic powder ¼ Teaspoon onion powder Zest of 1 lemon 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Sea salt to taste Instructions ~
Heat on low a pan with extra virgin olive oil in it. Gently rinse the salmon under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Mince garlic by chopping finely or using a garlic press. Season salmon with garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, and lemon zest. Pour extra virgin olive oil and rub evenly into the salmon. Then add dill on top. Sear salmon with the skin side down, first on medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Salmon will start to cook through slowly. Then turn the salmon over to cook on the other side for 7 minutes on low until cooked all the way through. Gently remove Salmon and serve.
