Being a baseball fan and having cooked for sport figures in the past Ive often wondered how they come up with their diet regimen on and off the road.
Players have been disciplined in the weight room for a couple of decades, but dietary habits are still evolving. Clean living is taking place inside the clubhouse these days, it appears most players are accepting the idea that what they put in their bodies over long periods of time can directly affect their performance on the field.


If you get tired or headaches or you get bloated or gassy...time to change up the diet. 
Players are starting to realize what goes in the body reflects how you play and feel. You will only perform as well as you feel. Right? So, players are getting smarter about it. Here is an example of a baseball players diet regimen courtesy of Hurricanesports.com and MLB.com
