A day in the life -  chef Fila

Do you ever wonder what it’s like to be a real Live Working Private Chef?  Our day starts off with the hustle and bustle in the world of food!  You name it whether we start off our morning with a cup of fresh Joe (coffee) while developing menus and grocery lists, life must go on.  I am here to share with you my techniques for winding down from a long day of clients and happenings…

My day consist of coffee and emails first thing in the morning. Lots of using my brain going on. I make Bulletproof Coffee with Brain Octane Oil and then take my supplements.  What’s next is grocery shopping for my clients and make it to their house to prepare meals for the week.  After that I either go to another clients’ house or straight to the restaurant to help out and fill JAX In-Flight orders.

It is a pretty busy day.  There is always changes and adjustments that need to be made.  If you don’t eat right then your energy levels tank! You should always fill your day with nutrition meals and snacks.  Or hire us to make your meals!  We do meal prep and special events like Birthday parties and more.

After a long day, I treat myself to a foot massage.  For 1 hour it is $20, you can’t beat that price. I also just sit by the water and unwind. I love going down to the pool and getting in the jacuzzi for muscle relief.  I definitely sleep good after that.  Facials are beneficial and well worth the money.  Grate a cucumber and place in the back of the fridge to chill. Then use the cucumber peel over your eyes after you wash your face to cool down.  This takes some of the puffiness and swelling out.  Just do whatever relaxes your mind…meditation works great for a renewed feeling of self-love!  Loving yourself is so important to your wellness!
