Chef Perry has a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. She is also a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America (Napa Valley, CA) and Laguna Culinary Arts, where she graduated with Honors. She has experience in farm-to-table cooking and catering special events. Her passion for healthy cooking developed in high school and led her to pursue a career in preparing nutritionally balanced and proportioned meals. She specializes in Mediterranean cuisines, but has knowledge and experience with cuisines from around the world. Perry enjoys cooking with local, in-season produce, and getting the most flavor out of fresh ingredients.
