Dr. Yasmine Mason is the founder of a fermented food paradise in Costa Mesa, CA. At the Fermentation Farm they not only sell a collection of fermented veggies, sodas, tonics, and raw dairies, but they also take on bone broths, snacks, and kombucha. They operate on a membership basis for the store in order to offer their customers the quality products that they do. A membership is only $25! This also allows members to access their classes at lower costs. These classes generally run once a week and teach people how they make their yogurts, ferment their veggies, and make their kombucha! These classes are a great way to engage the community with the process of making the foods, but also understanding why these foods are important and delicious!
