Serve Safe Conference for Food Protection Manager, National Certified Professional Food Manager Certificate #
I am an Arizona native who grew up hosting cooking shows at my school talent shows. I cooked with my aunt who taught me how to transform favorite meals into vegan dishes. But my love for cooking began earlier, when I was five years old cooking with my grandmother. She was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphatic breast cancer in 2017. I helped her with her diet and meal planning for a year and a half during her chemotherapy with success. She is still in remission today.
Beyond my passion for food and cooking, I also love swimming and hiking. My favorite hiking trail in Arizona is Devil’s Bridge in Sedona. I am often described as humorous, bright, outgoing, endearing and charismatic. I look forward to meeting new clients and experiencing new things.
My main focus as a chef is to deliver every client balanced, healthy, and satisfying food for them and their families to enjoy. I believe there is a balance to all things in life, and your diet should definitely be one of them.
