After a career spent in the film and publishing worlds, Chef Tricia Davey attended Le Cordon Bleu and graduated with honors in 2013. She has worked at the Los Angeles Times Test Kitchen, Williams-Sonoma Cooking School in San Francisco, and was a recipe tester for Marlene Koch, dietitian and author of the successful series of low-fat cookbooks EAT WHAT YOU LOVE. Fresh, vibrant foods purchased in season are the backbone of her cooking, with an emphasis on the herbs of the Middle East and Asia; she also loves preparing braises & stews, fish, and all forms of roasted root vegetables. A baker at heart without a sweet tooth, Chef Davey is always in search of ways to make a treat healthier by using alternative flours and sweeteners. A lover of all things citrus, cheese, yogurt, nuts, avocados, whole grains, and meatballs!
