Chef Meggan Leonguerrero is a February 2012 graduate of Laguna Institute of Culinary Arts. She has worked in a variety of restaurants from fine dining to gastropubs. Her specialties include Asian-French and Italian-American fusions learned from Roy Yamaguchi personally and working in his restaurants. Understanding a healthy, vegan, and gluten-free diet helped her tremendously in her college softball days when making dinners for teammates with different needs before game days.
