Chef Lindsay Kennedy has loved cooking healthy, flavorful meals for friends and family since she was a teenager, and has worked hard to transfer this one-time hobby into a lifelong career.
Lindsay graduated in 2018 with a degree in Hospitality Management from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and in 2006, she graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Ca. Since then she has worked in restaurants and catering in Los Angeles, Hawaii, and Orange County, and has most notably held positions as the Saucier at the original Red O in West Hollywood and as the Executive Sous Chef at the Pacific Club in Newport Beach.
She specializes in French, Modern Mexican, and Asian influenced cuisine. She has extensive experience with vegetarian/plant-based/vegan cooking as well as gluten–free baking.
