Chef Josh has over 20 years of experience in the culinary world as a Chef and Caterer. His inspiration for food at a young age came from his Grandparents and his Father. Always watching his Grandparents cook new and innovative dishes as well as working side by side with them fueled his passion for food. From here, he decided to pursue a career as a Chef and continued to push through the industry learning more and more and always striving to be the best in his field.
Josh has trained under some of the world’s most renowned Chefs such as Chef Jose Andres and Chef Gordon Ramsay. While working for Gordon Ramsay, Josh was a part of the culinary team that helped the London West Hollywood obtain their first Michelin star. Josh went on to start his own Catering company specializing in being able to create a fine dining experience right in your own home. From the most intricate of dishes to simple comfort foods, Josh’s passion for food is clear. He specializes in French and Japanese cuisines, as well as organic, healthy, and farm to table.
Josh prides himself on catering to the special needs and requests of every client, while still making his dishes entertaining, healthy, and tasty. Josh will be of great assistance in keeping you on you meal plan and making sure that your personal diet/lifestyle is well maintained. He enjoys helping his clients stay healthy and educate them on nutrition in the many different cuisines available today. No matter what diet plan you are on Josh can help.
