Chef Helen first developed her culinary skills working under Chef Phuong Tran in West Hollywood. Ever since, she has continued to cook for many high profile clients and celebrities. Her general cooking style and thoughtfully developed recipes reflect her passion for health and nutrition. Chef Helen frequents farmers markets to ensure the ingredients she uses are local, seasonal and organic whenever possible.
When she is not in the kitchen, she can be found at the farmers market selling adaptogenic beverages for a company she co-founded, the Holsem co.
