Chef Fila Williams was raised in heart of Los Angeles and developed a sophisticated palate over her 20 year span in Food and Beverage. Fila’s parents were a great influence her life! Fila was the youngest manager at 23 years old, making her way up into the hotel industry she became a F&B Outlet Director and General Manager for Shula’s 347 Grill at The Sheraton Hotel LAX, amongst other positions to follow. Fila graduated from culinary school and went on to work privately cooking for Celebrity Fitness Experts, trainers, doctors, scientists, the list goes on. Focusing on cooking for people with ailments such as Heart Disease, Cancer, Gout, and Obesity. She specializes in Paleo, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Diets, No Nightshades, Sugar-free, Chemical-free, and many more. She will personalize a meal just for you!
