An updated spin on classic with spicy- sweet sauce featuring the Korean chili paste gochujang. Mushrooms and smoked tofu stand in for the beef to make this recipe plant based, but feel free to sub in a pound of ground beef, turkey or chicken if you prefer and brown in place of the mushrooms and tofu.
