Chef Beeta has a degree in Biology from the University of Washington, Seattle. She continued her education in Culinary Arts and is also a graduate of Le cordon Blue. She is classically trained mostly in farm to table cuisine, then spent the next 2 years in New Orleans soaking up the ‘Big Easy’ and everything fried chicken/comfort food! Since moving to Southern California in 2015 she has adapted more of the “California fresh” mentality, focusing on vegan, gluten-free and dietary restrictive menu’s. She caters to high-end clients, some of which are celebrities in Beverly Hills. Beeta enjoys working with local, seasonal produce, and loves being creative and mending different cuisines.
