Chef Beeta has a degree in Biology from the University of Washington, Seattle. She continued her education in Culinary Arts and also graduated from Le cordon Blue. She is classically trained, mostly in farm to table cuisine, and spent 2 years in New Orleans soaking up the ‘Big Easy’ and everything fried chicken and comfort food! Since moving to Southern California in 2015, she has adapted more of the “California fresh” mentality, focusing on vegan, gluten-free, and dietary restrictive menus. She caters to high-end clients, some of which are celebrities in Beverly Hills. Beeta enjoys working with local, seasonal produce, and loves being creative and blending different cuisines.
