Her cooking style is versatile, as she is well-versed in cooking meals that are plant-based, Whole30, Paleo, Keto, Gluten Free, or Dairy Free.
Kaylie loves exploring new foods through travel, and has brought back recipes from around the world. She spent extended amounts of time in Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina, tasting native dishes, taking culinary classes, and learning about the local cuisines. While she is not in the kitchen personal cheffing, you can find her at local farmers markets selling cashew spreads for her company The Cultured Nutt.
